In this section learn more about the health system, which is the parent corporation of: St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, a 233-bed acute care facility combining the best of medical technology and human compassion meeting the needs of the Androscoggin County area and beyond; Community Clinical Services, providing primary and specialty physician care to this area's residents; St. Marguerite d'Youville Pavilion, the state's largest nursing home with skilled and nursing services; Maison Marcotte, an independent living center for the elderly and disabled, and WorkMed Occupational Health Services, providing comprehensive worksite services to businesses throughout Androscoggin County.

A member of Covenant Health Systems, the Sisters of Charity Health System is one of the largest employers in Androscoggin County, and one of the largest in Maine.
