St. Marguerite d'Youville Pavilion is the largest nursing home north of Boston and the flagship component of the elder care services offered through Sisters of Charity Health System. With its state-of-the-art center for transitional rehab unit, specialized dementia care unit, skilled and long-term care traditional nursing care, we provide our residents with the most advanced technology and skilled nursing care in the region. More importantly, we provide respect, care and compassion to every resident.

d'Youville Pavilion offers its residents three distinct care options. At its core is a 42-bed Medicare certified transitional rehab unit, which also provides single rooms and is among the finest transitional care services in the State. Marguerite's Garden is our 42-bed Alzheimer's Secure Unit offering specialized care for people suffering with dementia and related forms of illness. And, the 168 beds in our Nursing Facility offers compassionate and friendly long-term care to our community's residents. Everyone living at d'Youville, whether for a short transitional stay or as part of a long-term plan, may take part in a broad range of social activities and personal care services.

d'Youville Pavilion provides comfortable accommodations to residents and their families. Residents are treated to summertime barbecues and day trips to local festivals. Daily gatherings give residents the chance to socialize with others.
