Behavioral Health Home services are designed to make healthcare easier to navigate. Your team can help coordinate services across providers, organize appointments and medications and connect you with resources that may affect your ability to stay healthy.
This whole-person approach helps make sure the different parts of your care are working together.

St. Mary’s Behavioral Health Home serves eligible MaineCare members of all ages, including children, adolescents and adults, with a mental health diagnosis.
