Where You Can Make an Impact

Your gift assists in patient needs such as therapy, recreation equipment and comfort items.
The Colby Fund was created in 2003 in memory of still born baby Colby Langlois. Colby’s parents requested that money donated in his memory be used to fund a bereavement program for families dealing with miscarriages, still born, or infant death. Funds support the expenses related to the group sessions offered, the annual “Colby Memorial Walk”, and costs related to funerals/burials of an infant.
Continuing education for clinical staff is essential to keep up with new techniques and technologies and expand knowledge and skills to ensure high-quality patient care. Continuing education is available to staff at all levels of patient care.
St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion offers independent living, long-term care, on-site rehabilitation and a specialized memory care unit. Your donation can help our senior community live life to the fullest. Your gift helps cover the costs of taking residents on special field trips and hosting special activities.
Providing the best home for our residents
Whether it’s a physical update to our indoor space, our outdoor space or our technology, your gift to this fund will keep us always moving forward. We’ll use your gift, in coordination with our annual capital improvements budget, to make BIG changes and provide the best home for our residents.
Donations to this fund in 2021 and 2022 will be used for air conditioning upgrades that will bring relief to our residents and staff.
Donations made to this fund will support patients and employees faced with unforeseen expenses incurred by an unexpected crisis. Examples include prescription co-pays, minor medical equipment, mortgage or rent payments, transportation costs, heating bills and more. 100% of all gifts to this fund are allocated directly to expenses. This fund relies solely on philanthropic gifts and is the heart of St. Mary’s Mission.
The Nutrition Center’s comprehensive programs include community produce gardens, youth engagement and leadership programs, the largest food pantry in Maine, and cooking and nutrition education classes — all with the goal of tackling the root causes of hunger in our community.
Hospital room design choices have been shown to reduce patient stress and pain. Our move to private rooms will be bolstered by new design choices and amenities that prioritize comfort and healing for our patients and their families. GIVE NOW
The St. Mary’s Renaissance School is a confidential, coeducational, nonreligious setting serving children in grades K-8. It is a small, intensive treatment and educational setting for children who are not currently able to be served within their local school department. Visit the school webpage for more information.
Our independent living senior neighbors at the Residences enjoy a variety of activities that allow them to explore old and new interests and gather to enjoy a sense of community.
