Emily Gendreau is a nurse practitioner specializing in occupational and travel medicine. She graduated from Husson University in 2016 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and again in 2021 with her Masters of Science in Nursing. Prior to joining the St. Mary’s WorkMed group in 2023, she worked in occupational medicine at Maine General Workplace Health. She has been working in healthcare for over ten years, and feels she has found her passion within this specialty. “I enjoy working closely with both employees and employers to keep individuals safe, prevent injuries, and assisting in treatment following a workplace injury to minimize time spent away from their traditional job duties” When she is not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, 1-year-old son, Jack, and golden retriever, Mia.
