Huy Trieu, MD is a board-certified general surgeon with fellowship training in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery. He sees patients at St. Mary’s Surgical Associates, providing comprehensive care in general surgery, bariatric surgery, and weight management, with a focus on advanced minimally invasive techniques and personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Trieu completed a Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Florida following his general surgery residency at New York Hospital of Queens. He earned his medical degree from MCP-Hahnemann University School of Medicine (now Drexel University College of Medicine) and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Gannon University.
With many years of surgical experience, Dr. Trieu has cared for patients across a wide range of conditions and has contributed to research and presentations in bariatric and laparoscopic surgery.
