St. Mary’s Residences is a community of 128 apartment units all containing one bedroom, living room, full bath and kitchenette with refrigerators. Tenants may provide microwaves, toaster ovens, and other plug-in appliances. There are several sizes mostly designed for single occupants with some larger units for couples.

There are 100 apartment units in the HUD moderate-rehab subsidy program and 28 units in the market rent (private-pay) category. Each of our five floors offers at least one full kitchen for use. For rates and other details, contact the St. Mary’s Residences’ office at 207-777-8832.

The building is located at 100 Campus Avenue, directly across the street from St. Mary’s Health System. Local public transportation is available right outside our entrance by CityLink Bus. To view their schedule, click here.

We have 11 card-operated laundry rooms with full size appliances, activity room, Marcotte Chapel, library, cafeteria (Campus Cuisine), and a climate-controlled tunnel access to the hospital and d’Youville Pavilion.
