St. Mary’s Residences is an Independent Senior Living Facility with 128 private one-bedroom efficiency sized apartments reserved exclusively for the elderly and handicapped. It offers tenants the independence of living on their own. The apartments are two-room suites with a private bathroom.
St. Mary’s Residences is a community of 128 apartment units all containing one bedroom, living room, full bath and kitchenette with refrigerators. Tenants may provide microwaves, toaster ovens, and other plug-in appliances. There are several sizes mostly designed for single occupants with some larger units for couples, and some ADA units available as well.
The building is nestled on the St Mary’s Health System campus directly across from the St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, medical offices, and next to St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion Nursing Home.
It has 11 card-operated laundry rooms with full size appliances, activity room, Marcotte Chapel, library, cafeteria (Campus Cuisine), and a climate-controlled tunnel access to the hospital, and hallway to the nursing home.
