St. Mary’s Health System Welcomes Jill Rollins, MSN, BSN, RN as Its New Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer

St. Mary’s Health System welcomed Jill Rollins, MSN, BSN, RN, as its new Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer. Rollins will lead St. Mary’s nursing staff as well as manage all aspects of care programs and initiatives to ensure patients consistently receive the best clinical care.

“I’m pleased to welcome Jill, who has extensive experience in clinical operations to our health system and nursing team,” Cindy Segar-Miller, president, St. Mary’s Health System and senior vice president, Covenant Health. “She has excellent leadership skills and proven process implementation expertise. I’m confident Jill will also make certain our mission and values continue to be intrinsic to the exemplary care we deliver.”

Prior to joining Covenant Health, Rollins spent 35 years at Bridgton Hospital in Bridgton, Maine, with 20 years in leadership roles, including Vice President of Nursing and Patient Care Services; Director of Nursing and Patient Care Services; In-patient Nurse Manager and Emergency Department Manager.

 Rollins holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Leadership and Management from Western Governors University in Millcreek, Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Joseph College in Standish, Maine.
