Covenant Health is pleased to welcome Melissa Caccamo as vice president of practice operations for its provider enterprise at St. Mary’s Health System in Lewiston, Maine. Caccamo joins St. Mary’s with 20 years of healthcare management experience. In this role, Caccamo will leverage the robust network of employed providers and their specialties to ensure access to quality healthcare for the community, service offerings and operational excellence.

Caccamo is a certified medical practice executive, CMPE. Prior to joining Covenant Health, she spent nearly 15 years at Central Maine Healthcare in Lewiston Maine, in roles including vice president of medical group operation and innovation; Vice President Primary Care, Medical Specialties and Cardiovascular Services and System Director Ambulatory and Retail Services. Caccamo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Clarion University in Clarion Pennsylvania.
