Our Nurse Residency Program
This program is designed to provide mentoring and additional training to ensure success in the clinical setting. It includes an evidence-based curriculum and a final project, as well as interactive exercises. The program helps to sharpen decision-making skills enhance clinical nursing leadership practices and promote the incorporation of research-based evidence into practice.
